Chance has a passion for the agricultural industry, whether it be with bovine, caprine, ovine, poultry, or tending to the land. Growing up working on the family ranch, Chance has acquired a strong work ethic and integrity that has carried over from his personal life into his business ventures. As his career in the agriculture industry has evolved, he has gained a better understanding of the financial difficulties that the agricultural industry faces and has a passion for helping to ease those difficulties. Chance's desire to help people, mixed with his keen eye for seeing land's potential, has led him to help ranchers buy pieces of land across Burleson County and turn it into a place they can call home.

In the past seven years, Chance's family ranch has doubled in acres and head of livestock due to Chance seeing an opportunity for growth and helping to develop a strategy to make that growth attainable. Seeing this growth fueled Chance to partner up with two experienced agents and start Top Hand Realty to help other ranchers attain the same outcome.

In 2018, Chance graduated from Texas A&M in Agricultural Development and a minor in Poultry Science. Chance began his post-college agriculture career working with poultry industry leaders and becoming connected with poultry farmers across East Texas, eventually getting into poultry real estate.

Chance and his wife Sydney have moved back to the College Station area to build a house on the family ranch, start a family, and settle down. When Chance isn't selling real estate, he enjoys being outside and working on the ranch. You can find the Allen's tailgating and attending all Aggie home football games.
